<description>1. My projects are definitely driven by energy concerns because that is who I am marketed towards and that is what I believe in and try to convince my clients of.

2. My most interesting energy-related projects are www.honoregreen.com and www.claremontgreen.com as well as two single family homes side-by side at 1939-41 N. Whipple; all in Chicago. All are Energy Star Certified, Chicago Green Homes 3-Star projects and some feature on site energy generation.

3. The retrofit that gives the most bang for the buck in my mind is highly insulated walls, windows, and doors with sealed penetrations. The next would be high-efficiency mechanical systems, appliances, and water systems.

Please contact us for your next green, high-performance, healthy, and eco-friendly construction project.

Best regards,
