Chicago Window Expert in the News
When TV news wants explanations for why glass breaks, they turn to Mark Meshulam, known as Chicago Window Expert. Meshulam not only explains the safety issues, but also stages demonstrations so that TV viewers can see what it looks like when the glass breaks. When safer options are available, such as adding safety film to a shower door, he demonstrates how much safer the product can become.
Meshulam has discussed glass shower doors, older weathered glass windows, glass tabletops, glass sunroofs, glass floors, glass bakeware and even glass beer bottles. With each of these product types, incidents have occurred where glass broke spontaneously and unexpectedly. In some cases, serious injuries have resulted.
